Setting up remote workplace protocols:

Some employees, whose absences from work that are COVID-19 related, may be eligible to work remotely from home or other locations. All Township positions are under review to determine which positions that qualify for teleworking. The parameters include but are not limited to, productivity, effectiveness, and the technology requirements necessary to provide remote workplace access.

Qualifying employees, pre-approved by their department head and the Township’s Information Technology (IT) Department, will not be required to utilize any of their paid time off (PTO) for time worked remotely due to a COVID-19 related absence from the workplace.

Township’s IT Department will work with qualifying employees to determine the technology requirements needed in order to setup remote workplace access.
