Voter requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen
• Must be 18 years old by the next election
• Must be a resident of the state and county 30 days before the election
• Cannot be currently serving a sentence, probation, or parole because of a felony conviction

2. How do I apply for a passport or renew my passport?

In order to apply for a new passport or renew your passport you have 3 options. Be sure to find out the necessary items you need to have in order to apply.

1-The applications are available at your local US Post Office. You can obtain the application, complete it and mail it from there.

2- You can apply (you need to bring a completed application with you) through Essex County and their Outreach Program.

3- You can complete an application online
